As part of the expansion programme for the Hotel du Vin group in 2007 / 8, a former shipping company headquarters overlooking Newcastle Quayside and the River Tyne, has been re-developed using timber frame, structurally insulated panels and steel framed structures.
The Lord Wimborne

Redevelopment of the original Poole Library and Meeting House dating back to the 1890's. Opened May 2002.
The development consisted of carrying out sympathetic strengthening of the existing king post roof trusses, repairs to the stonework façade as well as carrying out major structural alterations to the original internal layout to obtain the required open plan bar arrangements.
The Packet Station

This is a new build, two storey building located in the town centre on a sloping site. The main design issues of the project were the intricate details required for the steel frame and the design of suitable foundations to the new building adjacent old buildings either side involved in Party Wall agreements.

Rebuild included extending existing five storey building to the rear, overlooking existing pool & leisure area.

A long standing hotel which has evolved over time, originally built by G & H (George & Harding), it has undergone major structural works, with a contract value of approximately £3.5m, in order to provide a new Travelodge facility to Bournemouth.
