GAP Ltd. was established in 1985, as R J Godsell Associates. It merged with C J Arnold Associates in 1996 and from February 2000 has traded as Godsell Arnold Partnership Ltd., known as GAP Ltd.

GAP Ltd. has extensive experience in most building types. The company has managed projects in excess of £3.5 million and has a broad range of skills to investigate, oversee and advise on civil and structural matters. The company has particular experience in the retail, leisure, water, health commercial and housing sectors.

Management procedures are constantly reviewed and where necessary, improved to ensure that the best possible service is offered at all times. All projects are undertaken under direct supervision of one of the directors.
